Caminos: The progression of Conjunto and Tejano music

For several decades the Mexican American community has held social events at the Kansas National Guard Armory in Kansas City, KS and several other locations in the metropolitan area.  This always included music such as rancheras in the 50s, conjunto in the 60s and Tejano in the 80s.  Most of this music traveled from Mexico to Texas, then to the Midwest.
